The specialist staff was so friendly. I don't have one negative thing to say about them. I ended up buying my first car at Flow Honda of Statesville and it was such an easy and fun experience. The gentleman that helped me through the process was Jonathan, we couldn't have had a better specialist help us. He was so informative and helpful. The stereotypical salesman that everyone avoids at car lots... Flow Honda has the exact opposite. I felt as each employee I met, including the GM was full of personality and knowledge about the vehicles. Didn't feel pressured or rushed at all. I really appreciated their helpfullness and have nothing but good things to say.
I was extremely happy with my service that day. Michelle Helm is the best hands down!!! She listened to exactly what I wanted, she didn't pressure me into anything. I actually dealt with her back when I was in high school and got my second car. I test drove two vehicles that day and the one I really wanted wasn't there, so one of the guys got on it and found the vehicle at another dealership and had them hold it for them. I was in and out papers filled out within 3 maybe 4 hours. I loved it bc we wasn't there all day until they closed. I got the color that I wanted and they got my payments where I wanted them to be. The staff was very friendly and I will definitely recommend them to other people.
