Staff is always nice here. Location is a little awkward and small. Would like to get some free upgrades every once in awhile as often as I rent bit they're fleet is limited I guess.
I've always had good experience with place. Only thing I wish is that weekend hours will be different, such as opening before 9 am. It's hard when you have to travel and you want to leave early you have to pay an extra day just to pick it up the evening before.
I love renting the cars I need from my local Statesville, NC Enterprise. The employees are professional, accommodating, and truly make renting a car an easy process. Rob has been the person that I have worked with the most here lately, and I can't say enough good things about him. He greets me by name, and always helps to meet my travel needs. I will not go to another rental company as long as I have this Enterprise!
My experience with Enterprise was wonderful. They were courteous and on time. Any questions I had were promptly answered. They upgraded my vehicle without any hassles. I am definitely going to continue to use this company.
Have used 2 different rentals. Both could have been cleaned better. First one had muddy dog prints in the back.
