Called 800# given local # and first thing said we do not return calls that was bad language or till they come by to clean the car wash and do not advise how often that is so u do not know how long it will take or if u will ever get your $ back.
Once through automatic car wash, no vacuums. Does a pretty good job.
No phone number to call on site took my $7 and would not start seen this happen a month ago to the driver in front of me... Beware!
