This is a terrible place !!!! Especially Michael the "store manager".. so I behind two payments they called me Tuesday October 18,2016 demanding me to come in and make a payment so I explained too Jose' that I get paid Thursday October 20,2016 the Call escalated real fast because he was harrassing me and yelling at me so I hung up and called back well apparently I spoke to a different Jose he was real sweet he told me I could come in the 21st and 28th to make a payment of 70$ and I would be caught up on my payments til November 1st so he asked for my credit card number which I gave to him he told me if this card decline they would have to take my merchandise I said ok but he said just make sure u come in ... October 20,2016 I go in the store around 1:00pm and try to make a payment with Michael not only was he rude he refused my payment that his EMPLOYER told me I could pay we argued because I was wanting to know why was I told I could come in and then all of a sudden when I come in I couldn't make a payment so he proceeds with the same dumb answer I'm sorry I can't take it you'll have to pay full amount I said no he tells me they was going to press charges and take the merchandise I said ok press charges I will be glad to tell them that y'all ain't sh^* and wouldn't take my payment after I was told y'all would take it I asked for corporate or Human Resource number he told me that they didn't have one so he gave me an 800 number .so I left and went to Aaron's in hickory I spoke with Tiffany she was more than happy to take my payment but I was concerned if I paid cash they would still run my card so she calls the customer account management in Statesville and she goes he wants to speak to u so he basically tells me Michael wants to schedule a date and time to get the PlayStation so I disagreed because I'm trying to make a payment and y'all are refusing it so I gave the phone back to Tiffany and told her thank u so much for trying to help me and asked her was the 800 number right for corporate she said uh no with a puzzled face and gave me correct number... so I call corporate and his name was Andy he was rude to me which I kept calm with as he was being rude telling me I was behind I couldn't make no payment he told me I would have to pay 110$ to renew my account I said no just go with the charges because this is bullshit so he proceeds to ask me am I sure I wanna take the charges I tell him yes because I will be getting a lawyer he said ok he would tell mike so around 8 I called back and just to see if his story would change which it did I asked him could I pay 110$ to renew my account he tells me no they don't renew accounts for people who are behind I said but u just told me on the phone y'all would do it so I hung up on him... just a lil heads up they are unprofessional I don't recommend going here especially not Statesville location... oh and Michael told me he came to my house 15 times which is a lie according to one of his other employees Jose told me they charge 10$ each time they come to my house so I originally owed 142$ and some change now 15*10=150$ which would put me at owing 250$ I have all three statements that was sent to my email and none of them was the same and none of them was over 200$ so I know he lied smh

I had a broken TV that was technically my fault and went to the store with it and my problem. I already needed an additional TV already so they gave me a great deal and saved me. My payments were basically the same. Thank Aarons and your staff, you guys are great.

Staff is awesome and very helpful. I have been a customer for years and they never let me down. You guys are great. Thanks for the good service.

The Manager Michael at Aarons in Statesville is very rude!!! And every time I call he has a smart mouth! Told me simply I wasn't approved for such and such. And it was simple as that. And was only eligible for a TV that's been used already! The store manager is simple rude. And yes I'm still gone rent from them.. Just don't like how you rude to your customers.

The man named Micheal is a disrespectful piece of work I'm surprised he still has a job very rude I would not recommend this place to anybody.
