On this day it snowed!!!!, customers are trying anyway on a good summers day, let alone on a cold wintery day. But your people were more than courteous, and more than professionals? They were just down to earth nice. Especially the guy in electrical. Keep up the great work!!!
Tool section nice ,big selection and sometimes I need special tools and they usually have it.
I bought the grill canopy and was missing a few parts. Went back and the manager was awesome. I showed my receipt and no questions asked and was given the parts that I needed. Manager went above to make me happy. That's way I go to Lowe's. Customer service is the best. Thank you Lowe's!!
Some of the most sorry customer service I have had been waiting for my order for 2nd week going into 3rd call sent to all different depts trying to find delivery date&time stayed on phone for 1 hour and still don't have answer but its at the store I will never buy anything that has to be delivered again but I guess they don't care cause when I'm in the store nobody looks like they want to work anyways
As usual the staff was understaffed today. We waited for 30 minutes in the paint department. There was only one technician in the paint department. He was busting his hump to take care of the other customers that happens a lot. I hope that the vice presidents are enjoyingthe their beautiful Lakeside homes with the bonuses that they make because they understaff Lowe's. Not very happy with you guys today
