It is closer to go to Forsyt hospital but Davis is 20 times better in service and patient care
This hospital and staff is just the worst I have ever seen. My mom was admitted on Thur., as of Sunday the staff had not offered her a bath, clean gown, to brush her teeth or change her bedding, every time I came in she had no ice or water. The nurses were rude and did not care to share updates on my mother when I called in. She is confined to her bed with tubes in her lungs and unable to do anything on her own. Just a horrible place for someone you love, I wouldn't let my dogs stay there for care.
Davis Regional sets the bar when it comes to professionalism in the medical field. The ICU Staff are of the highest caliber. Teressa, Jeff, Herbert, Sheila, Pam, Ashley, Crystal, Megan, Sheryl, Lynn, Dawn and Holly are just a few of the ICU Staff that set the bar and lead the way by example. When Dr. ROBINSON decided to transport her, he coordinated that without a hitch. Had her airvac to the other hospital and Dr. ROBINSON personally went to the other hospital to meet the other Doctor so to insure a smooth and informative transition. Dr. ROBINSON and the staff are 2nd to none and lead the way in professionalism in the medical field.
Just had my daughter here on December 5,2017 and it was a great experience. All the nurses and staff where very friendly and helpful. I loved that they are very mindful of personal space and the importance of bonding time with minimal interruptions. if you need them for anything they come to you very fast. My entire experience here was a dream and I loved it. I have had 2 other births at iredell memorial and Davis was much better in my opinion.
I have been a patient and been there numerous times for tests, scans, lab work,etc. Each time I received suberb service. My mammogram there have been the best ever. I recommend Davis to everyone and I live in Rowan County. Thank you Davis for your excellent service.
