Customer Service really is terrible. I ordered Invitations January 2016. My Son graduates May 13, 2016 and no invitations. Would like to leave 0 stars but 1 is the lowest. I have raised my review after talking to the Statesville, NC Office. They have told me I would have them in about a week.
