Used a machine that had started to operate without adding water. Informed the attendant, and he treated me as if I never had seen a washer machine before. Then he told me I should put soap inside the washer not where the machine says to add the detergent and then he walked away and left. Still had to use more money and another machine to wash my clothes. Wasted my time and money!
