I am a Real Estate Attorney who represented the Seller in a transaction on a Short Sale. A mistake was made filing the deed ( mistakes happen and are fixable). The issue was in how poorly Mr. Ragan Dudley handled this issue. For weeks I emailed and called to get it corrected. Not once did Mr. Dudley show me the courtesy of a phone call or apology to my sellers. I had to go to his partner to get results and even that was very slow in the process. I would never recommend this firm with the lack of customer service and respect. The only person that was at all helpful was the paralegal that made the mistake in the first place. She was caught in the middle and doing her best to resolve the situation while Mr. Ragan held up the process.
