This office is close to my home. I have been there a couple of times. The front desk check in guy is pleasant and helpful. Since I was there on behalf of Mom I think that may be why I didn't feel like they were going to help me. They just told me what else that I needed to without saying anything about why they were needed the extra material for.

I received a letter from the Social Security asking me to make an appointment with my local office, when I called the gentleman who reviewed my information said they did not give appointments for my problem, that I would just need to come in and wait, does that make any sense? Besides that he cleared his throat and sighed more times than I can count while on the phone. I don't know how elderly people deal with this system.
I have been here twice and every time I come it's not too crowded. The officer at front desk is super nice. Very helpful and patient with everyone. They try to get you back as soon as they can. I live in Davidson but would rather come to this office than the Charlotte location. Worth the drive.
