we lost the key to our nissan and Gary came out the next day and was finished in about 15 mins. great price and a very nice guy. we would use him again in a second.
Walked in there to a short stumpy lady with a mean visage who waddled over to the counter in displeasure. After asking a few questions about cost and if she could cut the keys. She basically threw back my keys and said she doesn't take debit card when their website states they do. Horrible customer service. I will be telling everyone in Statesville not to go go to this location and go to another place to get your keys cut. Gary needs to find a different person to work there. This lady looked like she was ready to fight with anyone who walked in the door...or perhaps just minorities.

Gary easily did what no one else in the area can do --clone/program a 2006 Dodge Sprinter key. He made us two new functional keys within mere minutes at a fraction of the price of every other area locksmith and dealership. Super nice guy. Will be back again for all of our key/lock needs.
