Rented for a year with plans to buy. Sent negotiation price and he went above the asking price listed by 6,000.00. Very dirty and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend to anyone! The house is still listed at the original price but listed off market. 12,000 has been invested thru rent so I'm sure they would like for a decision to purchase... But its not happening. We will continue our search with hopes to invest with a good realty company.
