This is what is left of what used to be a wonderful mall full of items and full of people enjoying themselves. Saddly Signal Hill Shopping center is starting to fall by the wayside of Statesville shopping. Belk Store is very much worth the time to visit and shop.
Very sad. They were awesome.

The deli is awesome! I ordered the Reuben & the Cuban with potato salad.
I wish Johnny Cash would have penned a mournful eulogy for this sad example of a mall. Was never a great mall but man this is sad. The mall isn't completely useless, in bad weather you can seek shelter as the roof isn't leaking yet. I suppose that is worth a star itself.
Nice place to go when you have time.
Few places to shop, but have Belks, I HOP, plus another eating spot with good sandwiches/salads, tennis shoe store.
