The entire staff at this hospital, treated our dog, my husband and myself, like we were family. They worked us in when they were already understaffed for the day, and never made us feel as though we were a burden. Jax was truly in great hands, and he will never go to another veterinary hospital, other than Banfield in Statesville.
Everyone at Banfield is extremely nice, except for the dark haired woman at the front. We have had unpleasant experiences more than once due to this, therefore we moved vet offices. Also not very good with working in appointments.
The Vet techs are great, extremely attentive and loving towards your pet. The Veterinarian is fantastic too. I travel more than 25 miles to this location although others are closer.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE. They are a ripoff. They will enroll you on monthly plans and then when you take your dog in for a exam, shots and blood work that is to be covered they will tell you to pay more money, because the plan do not cover that. It is a racket. Contacting Better Business Bureau next.
