If i could give you less then 1 star i would you claim to be the best price but get mad when someone tells you that another company has offered them less then you want to get an attitude. I dont think that i will be doing any business with you guy nor will i recomend anyone to you
Downloaded the app to send pics after an illegal hit me & it wont even take my password, it was 1 digit too long. I changed my password & it still wont work, keeps crashing & saying call instead. Passwords wont ever save on the website and 60% of the time you try and use chat the person doesn't even help you with the problem you asked about & I end up editing my policy myself with no input. Once I was told by chat I would supposedly be transferred to another dept & was "hung up on." I use chat all the time and most companies cant transfer you. For gods sake just email me a local contact so I can send pics or come look at it. Yesterday on the website & chat they said my phone number was the one I used before I was 21, I've had my current number for over 15 years & I know it was on my contact info correctly. I've never met my agent, he lives at the lake 45 minutes away but any time I call or email I get Winston and someone just called me about my claim from a Charlotte number. Definitely not the small town personal touch you used to have with the Misenheimer Agency where he knew everyone & was hands on. Not satisfied & I'm a 20+ year multi generation customer. If you can't have competent people or technology go back to the old way.
