Never had a issue with scott Bridgeman or his office. They are always friendly, and polite. When we had a few clsims due to my daughter and accidents they got them settled in a very quick and timely manner. They have always been fair. We have been doing buisness with them since 08 or 09 and never had a problem. They always explain everything and make sure you understand. We plan on staying with scott Bridgeman and his office. Thanks for a great job!!!!
Office never answers the phone. I called all times of the day and no one would answer. The office allowed my insurance to lapsed which almost caused my tag to be taken away. When asked why no one contacted me about the cancellation, I was told they sent letters. What I don't understand is why did no one picked up the phone and called about the problem or warned me about the cancellation.
