We came in yesterday to take advantage of the $1 long islands. We ended up sitting at the bar even tho they were not busy at the time. Marcus our bartender/server was amazing. He kept our glasses full and we never ran out of anything!! His personality is outstanding and he was on point!! He can sure make a mean drink as well!! We ended up coming back in today have an appetizer and $1 long islands again because of Marcus!! You have a wonderful employee!!!
Absolutely love this place when Marcus is working. When he is not on, i do not go. He makes sure everything is just right. Anyone else, the service is not good.
We also love it when Marcus is working. We missed him this evening but sat at the bar to have a beer and order food to go. Service was good tonight.
Not many people here this night. I had the bourbon street chicken and shrimp which was very good. I have only two complaints. The plate the meal arrived on was too hot, way too hot. I had to wait 5 minutes for the food to cool to keep from burning my mouth. Secondly and the reason that I normally do not go to Applebee's is the price. To me it is over priced for what you get which is why the parking lot is never full.
Came in yesterday with my fiance for the $1 Long Islands and boy were we in for a surprise, Marcus was one of the best servers/bartenders I've had before and needless to say we came back today after our 20 mile drive because he told us that he would be working today again. Applebees you have yourself a wonderful employee
