Came here after I went to the the place next door. 150 times better. Nice and clean rooms. Rosco thats my dogs loved it. Very friendly staff. Would Recommend this place to anybody
The computer in the lobby did not work and the front desk person didn't know what to do or offer to find someone who did. My only request was to borrow a cork screw and they didn't even have one. There was no acknowledgment of my Best Western Rewards status at either check in or check out. And when I mentioned how unhappy I was about these things at check out (especially the dirty room), all I was told was...."I'll tell the manager". HORRIBLE customer service!!! This hotel gives Best Western a bad name!!!
If we are in that area again, and need a place to crash, we will definitely choose Best Western Statesville Inn.
Hotel was clean and the room was lovely and well decorated. Breakfast was great. Would recommend this Best Western.
My husband and I, were quite surprised! This is not a luxury hotel. However, if you are looking for a clean, spacious and comfortable room, this is a great deal. The rates were also very affordable. I think we paid $85 for the night. If you ask, they may be able to offer you a late check-out.
Eh. What do i say...Price point is fair. Stayed in 2 different rooms 10 days apart. Beds are comfortable. Sheets are clean and smell nice. Free breakfast was an asset with the kids, selection was nice and fresh. Both rooms appear clean, however brand new socks in brand new shoes suggest Stanley Steamer needs to spend some time on the carpets. Sofa bed mattresses in both rooms were in very poor condition. One even had 1/4 of the seam missing and a gaping hole on the side large enough to slide your hand in. Large spider web in the corner of the window. Found a cigarette butt when I pulled out the sofa bed. If it was just me traveling alone, I'd stop here no questions asked... however, we have kids and they practically live on our floors, so next trip through will be passing by this place.
Stay Away! This hotel is NOT representative of the Best Western brand! Room was dirty (shower curtain covered in mildew and debris all over the floor) and smelled musty.
