Decent place, but not worth the price... Seems pretty new, so maybe some bugs to work out.... Some of the "features" need work. The glass door showers have big gaps at the bottom, and if you like to take long showers (like I do...) the bathroom floor gets soaked. The breakfast needed some serious help. For being made to order, there's no reason I should have been served runny eggs when I asked for hard... No toilet paper in the bathroom was the straw that broke this camel's back...
Hilton Garden inn is a nice hotel but that’s the only positive. I was over charged by $275 on my debit card after I stayed there. After contacting the hotel and their cooperate they said there was nothing they could do about the charge. If you like being over charged and not being reimbursed then please stay at this hotel.
Stayed here on 12/20/17. Brand new hotel. Great locaion right off the highway. Reception area is very nice, and check in was quick and easy. Several good restaurants within a 5-10 minute ride, nothing within walking distance. Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Big screen TV wth lots of channels. Only downside was the bathroom was not cleaned very well. Breakfast area was good and service was just OK. Food was hot and fresh.
Wonderful new property. Nice staff and friendly people to make your stay great. Nice rooms that are clean and ready for you. Enjoyed my stay and will go back soon when in town.
I loved how helpful and friendly the staff were. It was so nice to have such great customer support. The amenities available are all very nice and in great supply. Room service was fast and the breakfast buffet had a variety of options!
